چکیده

Mangifera plants are tropical fruits that have high economic value and scientific utility. However, the chloroplast genome characteristics phylogenetic relationships among species remain unclear. In this work, we reconstructed maximum likelihood (ML) Bayesian inference (BI) trees using 11 newly sequenced genomes as well six existing obtained from National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) database. The all had a typical quadripartite structure, with lengths ranging 157,368 to 158,942 bp. GC-content in ranged 37.8% 37.9%. We found conserved boundaries comprised of two inverted repeats (IRs), large single-copy (LSC) regions, small (SSC) regions. Nucleotide polymorphism analysis revealed three hypervariable regions (ycf4-cemA, rps18-rpl20, rpl32-ndhF) LSC SSC which could potentially be used DNA barcodes species. According our analysis, were clustered into clades. Among them, five samples M. indica formed monophyletic group Clade Ⅰ. Ⅱ included seven further divided subclades 100% branch support values. Ⅲ persiciforma group. Taken together, these results provide theoretical basis determination, addition shedding light on evolution Mangifera.

The Complete Chloroplast Genomes of Three Cardiocrinum (Liliaceae) Species: Comparative Genomic and Phylogenetic Analyses

The genus Cardiocrinum (Endlicher) Lindley (Liliaceae) comprises three herbaceous perennial species that are distributed in East Asian temperate-deciduous forests. Although all three Cardiocrinum species have horticultural and medical uses, studies related to species identification and molecular phylogenetic analysis of this genus have not been reported. Here, we report the complete chloroplast...

The Complete Chloroplast Genomes of Asteraceae Species

Until now, twenty-seven Asteraceae complete chloroplast genomes were uncovered in the Gene bank. The highly conservative nature and slow evolutionary rate of the chloroplast genome demonstrated that it was uniform enough to perform comparative studies across different species but divergent sufficiently to capture evolutionary events, which makes it a suitable and invaluable tool or molecular ph...

Comparative chloroplast genomes of eleven Schima (Theaceae) species: Insights into DNA barcoding and phylogeny

Schima is an ecologically and economically important woody genus in tea family (Theaceae). Unresolved species delimitations and phylogenetic relationships within Schima limit our understanding of the genus and hinder utilization of the genus for economic purposes. In the present study, we conducted comparative analysis among the complete chloroplast (cp) genomes of 11 Schima species. Our result...

Comparative Chloroplast Genomes of Camellia Species

BACKGROUND Camellia, comprising more than 200 species, is a valuable economic commodity due to its enormously popular commercial products: tea leaves, flowers, and high-quality edible oils. It is the largest and most important genus in the family Theaceae. However, phylogenetic resolution of the species has proven to be difficult. Consequently, the interspecies relationships of the genus Camell...

Molecular Structure and Phylogenetic Analyses of Complete Chloroplast Genomes of Two Aristolochia Medicinal Species

The family Aristolochiaceae, comprising about 600 species of eight genera, is a unique plant family containing aristolochic acids (AAs). The complete chloroplast genome sequences of Aristolochia debilis and Aristolochia contorta are reported here. The results show that the complete chloroplast genomes of A. debilis and A. contorta comprise circular 159,793 and 160,576 bp-long molecules, respect...
